Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in California, except for qualifying small claims.

5. Pre-Sale Orders

Some pre-sale events allow preordering items that ship later.
You have 24 hours from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be modified.
Returns follow the Return Policy stated on the respective product page.

6. Return & Cancellation Policy

Return eligibility is defined by each brand partner’s individual policies.
Check each product page for item-specific return information.
If accepted, returns may result in a refund (minus any fees) or store credit.
Direct exchanges are not processed; reorder the new item separately.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To cancel an order, email contact@alarofficial.com within 24 hours of order placement.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, particularly those flagged as suspicious or placed under similar accounts or payment methods.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping options vary per product.

Orders may be left at your address without a signature unless stated otherwise.
Alar is not responsible for lost packages or customs delays.
