If the brand partner approves the return and accepts the item, you may receive a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping or restocking fees, if applicable).
If the brand partner does not accept returns for a specific item or if the return window has passed, we may offer you store credit, redeemable on future purchases.
We reserve the right to determine refund or store credit eligibility based on the condition or timeframe of the item received.
