Returns & Refunds

As a curated retail platform working in partnership with independent fashion brands, we honor the individual return policies set by each of our brand partners. Therefore, return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions may vary by item.


We kindly ask that you review the product description for any item-specific return information before making a purchase.


If the brand partner approves the return and accepts the item, you may receive a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping or restocking fees, if applicable). If the brand partner does not accept returns for a specific item or if the return window has passed, we may offer you a store credit instead, redeemable on future purchases. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility based on the brand partner’s return policy and the condition of the item received. 


At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

We will provide return instructions once your return request is approved.


Once your return is received and inspected by the brand partner, we will notify you of the status. Please allow 7–21 business days for processing.
