Some of our limited-time presale events allow you to place pre-orders for Products from specific designers or collections or made specifically for you and fulfilled at a later date when the product is ready for shipment. We will send you a shipment confirmation email and the estimated delivery date within 7-10 days of your order. You have 24 hours before a pre-sale order may be cancelled for a full refund of any deposit to the original method of payment. After 24 hours from the initial order placement, we will not be able to make any changes to the size, style, quantity, or type of Product ordered. Once you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with it, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy associated with our Brand Partner’s policies outlined on the respective product pages.
