Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For preorders, items are custom-made, so we are unable to accept returns.
To initiate the refund process, kindly submit a return request using "Request a Return" link or reach out to us at contact@alarofficial.com. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns about your order, please write to us at contact@alarofficial.com.
Returns Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
